YOUR MISSION

  • Channel Testing & Scaling: Launch, test, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads (job-seekers in blue and gray collar sector).
  • Partner Acquisition & Management: Research and build partnerships with job boards, referral networks, aggregators, and other relevant platforms.
  • Experimentation: Design and run A/B tests across landing pages, creatives, targeting, and messaging to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, evaluate CAC and ROI by channel/partner, and report learnings weekly.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the Product, Design, and Talent Operations teams to ensure messaging consistency and lead quality.
  • Innovation: Constantly explore and recommend new acquisition channels and tactics to accelerate growth.
Responsibilities

As our Growth Marketing Manager (all genders), you’ll play a key role in expanding WorkerHero’s customer acquisition engine. You’ll be responsible for testing and scaling new paid and referral channels to diversify our marketing mix, with a primary focus on Google Ads and building/refining referral partnerships (e.g. job boards, aggregators, networks).
You’ll work closely with our Performance Marketing Managers and Head of Marketing to identify growth opportunities and execute experiments end-to-end. You will be part of a collaborative team that values clear results, faster iterations, and a pragmatic approach to growth.
