In addition to our consumer platform, we recently launched Sesame, our B2B enterprise solution, enabling businesses to integrate Credit Sesame’s technology to drive growth and help their customers achieve financial success.
We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving multi-channel acquisition growth by improving full funnel metrics for Credit Sesame products. The ideal candidate has a track record of leading the strategy and execution of cross-functional growth initiatives in a results-driven environment. This role will report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing.

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT FOR OUR TEAM BECAUSE…

  • You have 7+ years experience running and expanding in-house performance marketing, managing large budgets and optimizations while exceeding business targets (ROI on spend)
  • You have 5+ years of experience with in-platform performance channel management (e.g. Google, UAC, Apple, TikTok, Bing, Facebook)
  • You possess expert-level knowledge of Excel and analytics platforms (Looker, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Appsflyer) and feel comfortable analyzing large data sets and drawing insights
  • You are driven and motivated by performance and results; proactively looking for opportunities to improve and expand
  • You have a strong understanding of ad attribution, tracking and A/B testing methodologies
  • You are action-oriented and excellent in execution
  • You bring an understanding of the mobile digital marketing space including various media buying strategies and pricing options (CPC, CPI, CPA, CPE)
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have worked at a startup or in a role where you have worn multiple hats
