Description
Own the digital growth business for Cytiva China. Build the end‑to‑end Digital Growth Ecosystem—from strategy and membership value engine to full‑funnel conversion rate optimization, data stack, and automation. Drive eCommerce revenue growth, member loyalty and customer lifetime value while structurally lowering cost and leads generation efficiency. • Product (Experience & Offers) - Design the membership value engine (tiers, benefits, points, milestones, growth tasks) - Unify identity across Website/WeChat/SCRM/direct & indirect eCom; - Operate the join → first purchase → repeat → churn‑risk → win‑back journeys. - Define merchandising & promo architecture (assortment, pricing, bundling, calendar, on‑site merchandising). • Build the marketing data stack (CDP, CRM, MAP, Analytics, Tag Management); standardize master data, data dictionary, UTM, events etc. deploy multi-touch attribution and funnel management to power automated operations and media. • Lead conversation rate optimization across customer behavior actions, capture high‑intent signals and run scoring, nurture, MQL→SQL programs; scale activation levers (coupons, bundles, subscriptions, replenishment reminders) to lift repeat, cross‑sell/upsell, CVR, and AOV; publish recurring Win Insights to guide content/media/sales. • Institutionalize Daily management and weekly Growth Review to prioritize high‑leverage experiments and scale proven wins; act as PMO to align global IT and local needs, ensure SLAs and risk management across website/eCommerce/WeChat; embed compliance & privacy guardrails for sustainable growth. The essential requirements of the job include: • Strong strategy thinking on digital growth/eCommerce with quantified impact on membership & GMV; deep fluency in China eCommerce & private domain. • Strong project/vendor management in global–local setups; personally, builds and delivers measurable results. Proficient with daily management and problem-solving skills, DBS experience is strongly preferred. • Master the traffic → conversion → repeat playbook: A/B testing, experiment design, creative/LP/flow optimization, search & feed ads in orchestrate cross‑platform operations. Especially fluent in China eCommerce ecosystem is a must. • Strong analytical expertise with proven experience in managing data assets, conducting analysis, and delivering insightful reports. • Passionate and Self-Motivated: Highly driven, resilient under pressure, and demonstrates strong learning agility. • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Marketing or related fields. MBA is preferred. • Minimum 8 years in growth marketing/e‑commerce operations at major Internet/MNC companies or equivalent. • Full professional proficiency in English (verbal & written).
