Senior Manager - Search and Social 📍 Remote or Hybrid (Palo Alto, California) The difference you will make We're looking for a Senior Manager - Search and Social to spearhead strategy across our core paid ad platforms, driving sustainable growth as Midi scales their offering across care, Rx, and supplements. This role is a blend of strategic and tactical. If you are passionate about driving performance through digital mediums, and have experience scaling at a rapidly growing startup, this role is for you! What you will do Manage Midi’s paid search and social ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Nextdoor, TikTok, Reddit), driving efficient growth in new patients, prescriptions, and product sales. Own budgeting, reporting, and forecasting for search and social channels Partner with creative teams on performance analysis and creative iteration Explore emerging opportunities within search & social and lead expansion into new ad platforms and formats Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, operations, creative, and analytics to drive cohesive scale Serve as a thought leader and actively contribute to Marketing team processes, culture, practices, and systems Drive automation in campaign management through AI-powered tools About You Hands-on experience and advanced knowledge of the following ads platforms: Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Nextdoor, TikTok, Reddit Experience managing large paid media budgets of $30M+ annually Proficient understanding of marketing reporting and analytics, and attribution models Comfortability in leveraging AI platform management tools for ad optimization Thirst for continuous learning: stays up to date on platform innovations and industry trends Bonus Points if: Experience in managing paid media for healthcare brands, deep understanding of healthcare compliance in advertising Startup and/or eCommerce experience within the healthcare industry Experience working with incrementality testing and Media Mix Models (MMM) Management experience & passion for mentoring junior team members Interview Process Recruiter Screen Hiring Manager Screen Cross-Discipline Panel Interview Executive Interview At this time, Midi is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
