The opportunity As part of Unity’s APAC Marketing organization, the Senior Growth Marketing Manager will drive performance marketing and demand generation activities for the Korea market. This role offers the opportunity to lead digital advertising strategy and execution in close partnership with Unity’s global Performance Marketing team while collaborating cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and local agencies. You’ll be at the center of connecting Unity’s global marketing engine with the local market — ensuring that paid media, go-to-market communications, and demand generation campaigns are fully localized, data-driven, and impactful. This position is ideal for a marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and enjoys working both strategically and hands-on. What you'll be doing Lead end-to-end performance marketing operations in Korea, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid campaigns across digital channels (search, display, social, etc.) Collaborate closely with the global Performance Marketing team to manage Korea’s allocated paid media budget and align on strategy, targeting, and creative direction Partner with the Product Marketing team to localize go-to-market communications (product launches, pricing updates, product retirements) and lead customer-facing messaging (email, web announcements, etc.) Manage local agency relationships and coordinate with Korea Sales teams (Engine, Ads, Industry) to align marketing activities with business demands Plan and execute demand generation and nurture campaigns leveraging Unity’s marketing automation tools and CRM systems Work with the Global Localization team to oversee the content localization pipeline for marketing assets What we're looking for Strong hands-on experience in digital performance marketing and campaign management (preferably in B2B or tech industry) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and apply learnings to optimize campaign performance (“test & learn” approach) High proficiency in marketing and sales tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics dashboards) and enthusiasm for learning new systems Excellent communication and project management skills; able to collaborate effectively across global stakeholders (HQ, Product Marketing, Sales, and agencies) Creative sensibility for ad copy and visuals, with the ability to fine-tune messaging for local audiences Fluent English communication (verbal & written) required; native-level Korean proficiency You might also have Experience in both in-house and agency environments Understanding of SaaS or gaming/tech ecosystems Experience managing or mentoring junior marketers Additional information Relocation support is not available for this position Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position Life at Unity We offer a wide range of benefits designed to support employees' well-being and work-life balance.
