You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support the development of commercial revenue strategies that contribute to TfNSW and FTC commercial objectives.You will focus on analysing portfolio performance, market trends, customer insights, and commercial opportunities to identify initiatives that improve revenue outcomes, profitability, and customer experience across existing and emerging ancillary revenue streams.Drive identified growth opportunities from concept through to commercially viable initiatives by conducting strategic analysis, stakeholder engagement, and business case development to assess feasibility, align priorities, and shape clear delivery pathways for implementation across the Commercial Revenue team.For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.   About you   •You are a commercially minded professional with strong strategic and analytical capability, able to translate insights into practical growth initiatives•Demonstrated experience supporting commercial growth, portfolio optimisation, strategy development, business development, or market expansion within a large, complex organisation.•Strong analytical and market research skills, with the ability to interpret data and industry trends to inform strategy and decision-making.•Proven experience managing budgets, assessing return on investment, and delivering measurable financial outcomes.•Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver strategic outcomes.•Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated, relevant equivalent professional experience.   Who we are   Transport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
