WHAT’S THE OPPORTUNITY?

At Intercom, we’re reshaping customer support through the power of AI. Fin, our AI Agent, is already the most advanced in-market, and it’s just the beginning. As we scale, we’re looking for a GTM Systems Engineer to reimagine how prospects discover, engage, and enter our pipeline with AI at the core.
This role sits at the intersection of GTM operations, AI fluency, and program design. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and our Systems team to prototype, test, and scale AI-driven workflows that improve lead flow, routing, and GTM programs. If you love experimenting with AI, building repeatable processes, and operationalizing wins into the broader stack, this is your kind of role.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM systems, marketing/sales ops, or GTM programs in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Strong grasp of GTM stacks – Salesforce, enrichment tools, lead routing engines, marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with Clay required
  • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-first workflow design (not a researcher, but comfortable applying AI in practice)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills – able to translate business needs into workflows and process improvements
  • A proactive, experimental mindset – you don’t just optimize what exists, you prototype what’s possible

BONUS SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Prior experience operationalizing AI-driven programs or working closely with AI/Systems teams
