Lead and nurture a cross-functional team of developers, solution architects, and analysts. Partner with Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams as the primary systems leader. Drive delivery of initiatives, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes. Lead hands-on execution for large programs while establishing scalable processes. Implement effective delivery practices, managing priorities and team alignment. Requirements 8+ years of experience in business systems or GTM technology roles. 3+ years of people management experience with technical teams. Deep experience with Salesforce and adjacent GTM tools.
