The Role

As Senior Guest Relations Executive, you own the first impression. You welcome guests, look after VIPs and regulars, and support the host team through every service.

What you'll do

• Welcome and seat guests warmly
• Look after VIPs, regulars and special occasions
• Manage the door and the flow of the restaurant
• Support and guide junior guest relations colleagues
• Handle bookings and enquiries professionally
• Keep guest information accurate and confidential

Desired Candidate Profile

Guest relations or host experience in a premium venue

A natural host with warmth and presence

Very organised and calm under pressure

Comfortable with booking systems

Fluent English. Other languages are a plus
