Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer to contribute to the evolution and optimization of insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter, demonstrate a high level of autonomy, and have a solid understanding of insurance claims processes. This role involves working in a dynamic Agile environment and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Guidewire ClaimCenter. Perform Gosu development, including enhancements, customizations, and defect resolution. Configure and implement ClaimCenter features to meet business requirements. Integrate ClaimCenter with external and internal systems using appropriate integration patterns. Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Support testing, deployment, and production activities to ensure high-quality deliverables. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members when required. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience working with Guidewire ClaimCenter (preferably in a senior developer role). Strong proficiency in Gosu programming language. In-depth understanding of insurance claims processes. Experience with system integrations, including web services (REST/SOAP) and messaging frameworks. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Fluency in a French-speaking work environment (spoken and/or written proficiency required). Preferred Qualifications Experience with Guidewire suite is an added advantage. Familiarity with cloud-based deployments and modern DevOps practices. Prior experience in large-scale insurance or financial services projects.
