We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health & Benefits team at Mercer. This role will be based in MERCER Denver, CO office, and it is a hybrid role with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Senior Health & Benefits Consulting Analyst, you will have the opportunity to enhance your industry knowledge, communication skills, project management skills, and consulting acumen. You will be challenged to deliver impactful solutions for some of the most innovative high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies across all industries. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior consultants in the design, financing, pricing, and administration of client companies’ health and welfare programs, all while working alongside some of the smartest people in the industry, pushing innovation and influencing outcomes for change.
