We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in hair styling, customer service, and team leadership. As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services ensuring an outstanding experience for our clients.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating positive client experiences.
• Experience in store management or supervisory roles is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

  Pay: £15,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
  Expected hours: 16 – 44 per week

• Deliver exceptional hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide expert advice on hair care and styling products to enhance client satisfaction and encourage upselling.
• Mentor and train junior stylists, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their professional growth.
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
• Ensure the salon is clean, organised, and welcoming for all clients.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty treatments, including eyelash extensions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalised recommendations.
