We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatment services, with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Senior Hairdresser, you will lead by example, mentor junior staff, and ensure the highest standards of quality and service are upheld.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Hairdresser with a minimum of 5 years in the industry.
• Advanced skills in cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments.
• Knowledge of the latest hair trends, products, and techniques.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate junior staff.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• A valid cosmetology license (as required by local regulations).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Experience:

• Hair Styling: 3 years (Preferred)

• Provide a wide range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services for clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry developments to offer innovative services.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and desired outcomes.
• Provide expert advice on hair care, products, and styling techniques.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment, ensuring the salon meets hygiene and safety standards.
• Mentor and train junior hairdressers and salon assistants to improve their skills and techniques.
• Maintain a loyal clientele by providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
• Ensure all services are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.
• Promote salon services, products, and special offers to clients.
• Manage and update client records, including service history, preferences, and product recommendations.
• Assist in the management of salon inventory, ensuring that all products and tools are in stock and well-maintained.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Support and collaborate with the salon team to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff.
