Senior Hairdresser
Location: Sisters Spa - North London
We are looking for an experienced and friendly Senior Hairdresser to join our female-only salon team.

About the Role

• Work in a welcoming and supportive environment alongside a professional female team.
• Provide high-quality hair services including advanced colouring, cutting, and styling.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and confident.
• Share knowledge and help train Junior Hairdressers and Apprentices.

Requirements

• Must hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Hairdressing.
• At least 5 years’ proven experience in colouring, cutting, and styling.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to recommend the best solutions for clients.
• Up to date with the latest hair trends and techniques.
• Friendly, reliable, and passionate about hairdressing.
• Female applicants only (as this is a female-only salon).
• Arabic speaking preferred (Somali or other languages are a plus).
• Must be available to work weekends and late shifts.
• Confident in mentoring and training junior team members.
