We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hardware Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Hardware Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing hardware components for our advanced battery storage systems.

Your mission

  • Design and develop hardware solutions for battery storage systems with a focus on power electronics.
  • Conduct EMC testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and improve analog and digital circuits, from concept to series production.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Conduct thorough testing and analysis to ensure optimal performance.
  • Design and optimize PCBs layouts for performance and reliability.
  • Create requirements and test specificatioins for gap-less design verification.
  • Co-manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, mechanical engineers and product managers to deliver integrated solutions.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hardware development, preferably in the battery storage or power electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of EMC principles and compliance testing.
  • Experience with various measurement equipment like oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytic thinking and attention to details.
  • Self-organized, systematic and result-oriented mode of work.
  • Experience in process design is a plus.
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken.
  • Team-player and support others to show up their best, as well as a feedback oriented individual.
