Your way into the future Join us as (Senior) Hardware Development Engineer (m/f/d) and work with us on changing the future! What awaits you at Mynaric Design electronic systems across the full range of electronics applying high quality standards suitable for space or airborne applications. Work onhigh speedanalog designs, high speed digital designs, sensors,actuatorand motor drives, and power supplies. Develop complex boards integrating microcontrollers, high ball count FPGAs,memoriesand SoCs. Take responsibility for the full design cycle includingcomponentselection, schematic, layout, laboratory bench testing, design verification and integration, and handover to test engineering and production. Drive coordination among electronics, mechanical, optics, control systems,softwareand simulation to arrive atoptimaltechnical solutions. Perform significant bench work to test, debug and integrate electronics using oscilloscopes, spectrum and network analyzers and traffic generators. Support PCB industrialization activities, interface with production and test engineering, write test specifications and train test engineers and technicians. What you bring with you B.Sc or M.Sc in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field. Strong experience in hardware development across the full lifecycle of complex electronic systems. Hands-on proficiency with laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes and analyzers. Experience with schematic capture, PCB layout and circuit simulation using modern ECAD tools (preferably Altium Designer). Knowledge of high speed and high frequency design principles and related simulation tools. Ability to work effectively across disciplines in a dynamic and evolving environment. High attention to quality combined with a practical mindset for solving technical and organizational challenges. For senior candidates, we are also looking for: Proventrack recordleading complex board developments or workstreams and driving cross-functional alignment.
