SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED

  • Proven track record of delivering industrial electronic products from idea to production.
  • Strong proficiency in embedded firmware development.
  • Expertise in electric circuit design, PCB layout, and debugging hardware and firmware issues.
  • Hands-on experience building and testing prototypes.
  • Ability to drive product features autonomously end-to-end.
  • First experience in leadership or mentoring roles.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take ownership of projects end-to-end, leading them from idea to production
  • Design, test and implement circuits and embedded firmware
  • Build, debug, and iterate on prototypes
  • Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and certification partners
  • Document, support production, and mentor junior engineers
  • Actively contribute to shaping team processes and fostering a positive work culture
