We are seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to design and develop embedded systems and firmware for next-generation hardware devices. This role focuses on PCB design, board bring-up, and embedded firmware development, contributing to innovative hardware prototypes and products. Responsibilities Design and develop embedded hardware and firmware for electronic devices. Lead board bring-up, debugging, and hardware/software integration. Create and execute test plans to validate performance and reliability. Document designs, manage schedules, and collaborate across disciplines. Interface with manufacturing partners to ensure successful production. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND some technical engineering experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND solid technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience. Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Preferred Qualifications: Solid experience in hardware/embedded systems development. Proficiency in PCB design (e.g., Altium), hardware debugging, and C/C++ firmware. Experience with low-power design and BLE. Solid communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
