Lead and develop the team: Lead a dedicated manufacturing team of specialists in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Raise quality standards: Build and maintain QA/QC frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001) and lead internal and external audits. Deliver NPI and procurement: Own the NPI process end to end and lead both strategic and tactical product procurement. What You Bring Hardware NPI expertise: 5+ years in HW NPI and quality, including complex high-speed digital designs/architectures, DFM, and production ramp. Regulatory and compliance know-how: Comfortable working with industry standards and ensuring products and processes meet applicable requirements like CE, EMC, ROHS and other relevant standards. Project leadership: Lead cross-functional NPI projects end to end—planning, resourcing, and driving milestones to completion. Manufacturing and quality foundation: Experience with PCBA production and procurement, plus a solid understanding of QA standards (e.g., ISO). Mindset: Proactive and curious—you challenge the status quo and continuously improve how things get done. Education and communication: BSc/MSc in Engineering and professional fluency in English (Danish is a plus). Your Personality Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking technical lead Passionate and dedicated Analytical, structured and goal-oriented Creative and inventive Quality focused/oriented Desire to learn, grow and exchange knowledge with others Enjoys sparring with colleagues—discussing ideas and challenging solutions Eager to learn, grow, and share knowledge with others Flexible and able to act quickly as priorities and conditions change The Employment Salaried full-time employment (37 hours/week, excluding lunch). 5 weeks of vacation + 5 additional vacation days.
