Droimnin Nursing Home is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our compassionate care team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior HCA, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. You will support and mentor junior staff, assist with care planning, and ensure the wellbeing and dignity of every resident is maintained.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide direct personal care and support to residents
• Assist with medication administration under supervision
• Support the nursing team in daily clinical tasks
• Mentor and guide junior HCAs
• Promote a safe and positive environment for residents and staff
