SENIOR HCM TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL ANALYST:

On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Senior HCM Technical/Functional Analyst for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary or Edmonton office preferred.

SENIOR HCM TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL ANALYST - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The project involves supporting the ingestion of Human Capital Management (HCM) data into a datalake from Oracle, UKG Workforce Dimensions, and Cornerstone. The Senior HCM Technical/Functional Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure data is accurately and securely integrated into the datalake.

SENIOR HCM TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL ANALYST - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Experience in delivery of HCM data projects with Oracle Fusion HCM, Cornerstone, and UKG Workforce Dimensions
  • Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, and data export models
  • Experience with JIRA and other DevOps tools
  • Strong technical skills in HCM Oracle Fusion Modules
  • Experience with Change Advisory processes and ITIL processes
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

SENIOR HCM TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL ANALYST – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Good knowledge of modern technologies and industry-standard software applications for utilities
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams
  • Experience working within a program management structure
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Stakeholder engagement and management skills
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with data and analytics teams on HR data use cases from Learning, Time & Attendance, and Core HR systems
  • Review designs and data requirements for security and classification
  • Work with solution architects to determine correct data export patterns and timing
  • Support the Change Advisory Board
  • Complete data validations and raise bugs and SRs with vendors for resolution
  • Work with business stakeholders on data usage approvals
  • Complete operational handoff to operations team
  • Provide knowledge transfer sessions to other delivery teams
