We are seeking an accomplished Senior Head Chef to elevate our hospitality and retail offerings with exceptional skill and creativity. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Culinary Director to drive menu development and uphold the highest culinary standards, ensuring that every catering experience, whether for football events, music concerts, or other special occasions, exceeds our guests’ expectations. Join us in delivering unparalleled quality and innovation in a dynamic and engaging environment.

• Leads effective and collaborative communication with all key internal and external stakeholders including our Michelin star caliber chef partners.
• Ensure we never compromise on quality and flavor through exceptional professional standards.
• Drive sales, manage volumes, and compliance through preferred suppliers and local sourcing where applicable.
• Deliver client tasting sessions for event planning.
• People management of both permanent and fixed brigades across multiple kitchens on site to include effective leadership, recruitment, engagement, training, development, and motivation.
• Legislative and company HSE procedures and standards compliance
• Responsible for SLA
• Financially astute
• Able to read and understand a P and L
• Comfortable with HR procedures and following the process
• Responsible for all full time rotas and management of holiday allowances
• Must be able to understand large numbers of catering and have good logistics knowledge.
