We are seeking a visionary Sr Head of Marketing Content & Events to lead the design, implementation, and execution of world-class marketing strategies that align with dLocal’s business goals. This leader will play a pivotal role in building our global brand narrative, driving digital growth, and delivering unforgettable marketing experiences.This is not a traditional marketing role. We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with AI—a leader who will leverage cutting-edge tools to optimize performance today and reimagine the very structure of the marketing organization for tomorrow.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Define & Execute Strategy: Build a cohesive global content, digital growth, and event marketing strategy that increases awareness and supports revenue growth.
  • AI-Driven Transformation: Implement and scale AI-powered marketing tools to optimize efficiency, personalization, and performance—restructuring processes and workflows around AI capabilities.
  • Leadership & Growth: Set clear short- and long-term goals for the marketing team, design and manage the budget, and forecast hiring needs.
  • Commercial PR Strategy: Develop and execute creative PR and marketing strategies directly aligned with commercial objectives. Collaborate closely with commercial teams to strengthen client engagement, support sales enablement, and drive business growth.
  • Events That Matter: Lead the vision and execution of impactful, high-quality global marketing events.
  • Performance & Insights: Track, analyze, and report marketing metrics. Continuously optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth analysis to anticipate challenges, spot opportunities, and stay ahead of competitors in emerging markets.
  • Executive Collaboration: Partner closely with leadership in quarterly and annual planning to ensure alignment with company objectives.
