Drive the development and implementation of new Ground Handling Regulations. Enhance and standardize our Safety Management System (SMS) for consistency and compliance. Promote a Pro-Active Just Safety Culture, ensuring continuous improvement and top-tier safety performance. Provide leadership to safety teams, fostering high performance and professional growth. Build strong partnerships with customers and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration. ✅WHAT YOU'LL BRING Proven experience in aviation safety, cargo handling, or ground handling operations (essential). Strong background in incident investigation, SMS implementation, and Quality Assurance development. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in Aviation Safety or Occupational Health & Safety. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customers and complex stakeholder relationships. ✅WHY JOIN US?
