Avon Search have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Care assistant or Health care assistant wishing to progress their career to the next level with this fantastic family run care home.
As the Senior Care Assistant you will be required to ensure the delivery of top quality care to the residents needs and develop and review care plans to meet the residents changing needs.
You must show warmth, support and understanding to the residents and their families; the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of patient issues and show willing to promote independence, well being, dignity and enhancing the lives of the residents.
An NVQ Level 3 is required for this role however they are looking for Care assistants also please refer to a consultant; further training is provided the salary is highly competitive depending on experience.
