The Plan Operations team owns specialized processes that help power our clients' health plans. The Plan Launch team within the Plan Operations department is responsible for acting as the face and the voice of Plan Operations, partnering with cross functional teams to provide a best-in-class new & renewal client implementation process. What you'll do: Manage a portfolio of strategic clients, including onboarding and continued relationship management Maintain high levels of collaboration with identified cross-functional stakeholder teams, facilitating clear communication between internal and external contacts Review plan documents in detail and strategize how to operationalize net-new plan requirements Manage escalations in processes & complimentary standard operating procedure alongside stakeholder teams on behalf of clients & their members Identify & review trends & escalations that impact service performance Develop & manage ad hoc projects based on client need & deliver regular reporting to stakeholders Provide superior plan design implementation & renewal experience for strategic/complex clients Work closely with team leads and other L3s to co-design team training, manage workload balancing, and contribute to overall team improvement and agility To be successful in this role, you'll need: 3+ years’ experience in health benefits, ideally gained in a benefit consulting / brokerage firm, human resources benefits specialist function, or healthcare/TPA operations/account management role. Experience with complex project management To speak and write clearly, concisely, and with the needs of the audience in mind. Excellent Microsoft Offices & Google Suites skills, particularly in Excel / gSheets and PowerPoint / Slides. To be self-motivated, intellectually curious, and take ownership for everything you do You pay extreme attention to detail and are highly organized Ability to collaborate with others to deliver project objectives To have experience leading meetings, setting agendas, and navigating complex conversations To think critically and are willing to question the status quo in a constructive and thoughtful manner To thrive on change and are enthusiastic about being along for the ride and learning from our experiences together To be a problem identifier and solver To learn on your feet and are an early adopter of new technologies and solutions To possess a passion for Collective Health’s mission to transform the health insurance experience for employers and their employees Bachelor’s degree preferred Pay Transparency Statement This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT.
