Responsibilities

As Senior Health and Safety (HS) Advisor, you will be responsible for shaping and continuously improving Lundbeck’s work on physical health and well-being. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and conduct initiatives and campaigns regarding physical health and well-being.
  • Responsible for reporting on health and safety data, including internal controls.
  • Develop and conduct courses/training related to physical health and well-being.
  • Run and improve the HSE onboarding and training of HS representatives, employees and managers.
  • Continuously improve the set-up of the Danish HS organisation.
  • Be HS partner/advisor in parts of the organisation to ensure local compliance and engagement.
  • Drive HS advisor and HS groups network in Denmark and ensure global collaboration and knowledge sharing with the local HSE departments in Lumsås, Valbonne, Seattle and Padova.
