VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a leading company based, who are keen to appoint a Health & Safety Manager on a full time permanent basis.
Role is based in Dundalk.

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs aligned with legal requirements, industry standards, and client expectations for Data Centre projects across multiple European locations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting, ensuring timely corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Provide expert HSE advice and support to project teams during all phases including design, offsite prefabrication, modularisation, and onsite installation.
• Collaborate closely with HSE officers, operation teams, client representatives, and subcontractors to embed safe working practices and environmental stewardship into daily operations.
• Drive HSE training and awareness programs to build competency and engagement across all teams.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, ensuring transparency and effective communication with senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate client HSE audits and site visits, acting as the primary point of contact for all health, safety, and environmental matters.
