Description

WE ARE SEEKING MOTIVATED SENIOR HEALTHCARE ASSISTANTS TO JOIN OUR CARE TEAM IN KNOCKROBIN NURSING HOME.

The Senior Health Care Assistant will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care to the highest professional and ethical standards of care practiced in the relevant care setting. They will undertake the day to day running of the HCA team allocated to their area under the direction of the unit CNM or Nurse in charge.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Hold a minimum QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or equivalent;
  • At least 2 year’ experience in care of the older person or comparable role is desirable;
  • Demonstrable leadership skills;
  • Good level of IT skills;
  • Familiarity of EpicCare platform is advantageous;
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.
