Meet the team: As a member of the Global Corporate Compliance team, this is a EMEA Lead Compliance Analyst role that will support the implementation of Dexcom's Corporate Compliance Program for EMEA. This role involves partnering with business stakeholders on key initiatives, communicating compliance program requirements to employees and helping to foster Dexcom's culture of ethics and compliance in the region. In addition, this role offers the opportunity to be involved in all elements of a Compliance Program, including risk assessments, training, monitoring, and third-party due diligence. ​Where you come in: You will support day-to-day compliance operations across the region, and provide guidance on anti-bribery and anti-corruption due diligence requirements. You will assist in implementing and maintaining regional and local compliance policies, guidelines, and procedures. You will monitor and respond to changes in relevant laws, regulations, and codes of conduct. You will ensure compliance documentation remains current and accurate. You will participate in EMEA Compliance Sub-Committee and Grants Committee meetings. You will conduct and support annual compliance risk assessments and track mitigation plans. You will perform third-party due diligence, including screening and adverse media reviews. You will develop and deliver compliance training; monitor completion and follow up with stakeholders. You will assist with investigations, corrective actions, monitoring activities, and compliance reporting. You will assist with Compliance system implementation What makes you successful: To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty to a satisfactory standard. The successful candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., life sciences, business management, training and development, accounting, Law) 5 or more years of work experience, including at least 2 years of experience in a compliance, legal, auditing or investigation role in life sciences, preferably in the biotechnology, medical device, and/or pharmaceutical industries. Solid understanding of GDPR and data protection principles Strong customer focus, integrity, and professional work ethic. Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented with a positive attitude. Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and decision-making capabilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and quick to learn. Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively. Effective communicator in English, with sensitivity to global and cultural dynamics. Travel Required: 5-15% Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 - 8 years of related experience.
