Description Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter / Headhunter to drive sourcing, outreach, and placement of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs). This is a high-impact, production-focused role. Success is measured by pipeline growth, candidate submissions, and filled positions, not administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing & Outreach Proactively source candidates across clinical roles, including: o Nurse Practitioners (NPs) o Physician Assistants (PAs) o Registered Nurses (RNs) o Medical Assistants (MAs) o Phlebotomists and allied health staff Utilize: o LinkedIn Recruiter o Job boards (Indeed, PracticeLink, etc.) o Internal databases o Referrals and networking Conduct high-volume outbound outreach daily Pipeline Development o Build and maintain active candidate pipelines across multiple roles and markets o Ensure all open positions have consistent sourcing activity o Identify and engage both active and passive candidates Candidate Screening & Submission o Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening o Present qualified candidates for internal review or client submission o Coordinate availability, interviews, and next steps Client & Team Coordination o Partner with internal team to prioritize urgent roles o Respond quickly to client feedback and requests o Maintain real-time communication on candidate status Performance & Tracking o Track sourcing activity, pipeline, and placements o Maintain visibility across all open roles o Meet or exceed weekly sourcing and submission targets What Success Looks Like o Strong, consistent candidate pipeline across open roles o Regular candidate submissions across multiple clinical positions o Reduced time-to-fill o High responsiveness and follow-through o Ability to operate independently and move quickly Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for their job.
