Description
-Team building, leading and developing coordinators and electrical technicians responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of site electrical systems. - Oversee electrical switching procedures, switching events, and CoHE/LOTO compliance. - Ensure safety policy adherence, JHA/JSA review, and accuracy of procedures, certifications, and training. - Monitor electrical system health, drive reliability improvements, and lead corrective action initiatives. - Coordinate electrical outages, support operations, and ensure clear pass-down and communication across shifts. - Knowledge of high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical systems and applicable electrical codes. - Experience leading electrical switching operations and applying safe electrical work practices. - Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Experience developing procedures, documentation, and improvement initiatives. - Valid Journeyman Electrician License (highly preferred) and/or industrial/commercial electrical experience.
