Key Responsibilities: Support analysis and troubleshooting of high-voltage electrical system issues during market validation and after-sales stages of EV products. Participate in benchmarking research and testing of prototype vehicles/products and competitor products in the European market. Responsible for joint debugging, commissioning, and technical communication with EVSE manufacturers and partners. Participate in the design, development, and commissioning of EVs and EVSEs, identifying and resolving compatibility and interoperability issues. Responsible for high-voltage system road testing. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Proficient in English as a working language; proficiency in French, German, or other European languages is considered an advantage. Familiar with EVs and EVSEs, with hands-on experience in oscilloscope operation and CAN log analysis. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with proficiency in standard office software and tools. Holder of a valid driver’s license; local European driving experience is preferred. Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently within Europe.
