• Having Min 4-5 Years experience with Travel Agency
• Well connected to DMCs and Local suppliers at destinations)
• Proficiency in Tour Packages, Routings, Transfers, Group bookings, UAE & International VISAs, Tour Quotations.
• Good knowledge of DMC and Tours operation
• Should have expert knowledge of handling clients.
• Knowledge of Tour products at UAE and Worldwide.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Able to use current technology and easily adapt to changes in technology as they come.
• Must be able to thrive in an ever-changing technical environment.
• Proactive consultant - solutions oriented and accountable
• Excellent working knowledge of the travel industry, application of client travel policies, procedures and processes (including complex international reservations and changes)
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Excellent skills to communicate and negotiate with Vendors.
• Possesses the ability to thrive as a positive contributor in a high-touch, complex interaction environment
• Demonstrates the ability to organize and prioritize workload
• Must be proficient in research determining root cause analysis
• Excellent innovator and problem solver
• Strong knowledge in conflict resolution, leadership strategies, supplier management & client engagement.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adjust shift as needed for coverage

REQUIREMENTS :

• Min : High School Diploma
• DMC Experience preferred.
• English an Arabic communication skills.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
