We are currently seeking a Senior Home Health Design Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Home Health Design Associate at ICON, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions and designs to enhance the quality and efficiency of home health care delivery.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Designing and developing new models and frameworks for home health care services, focusing on improving patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
  • Conducting needs assessments and analyzing current home health care practices to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborating with clinical teams, operations, and other stakeholders to design and implement solutions that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for design processes, including workflows, protocols, and best practices, to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • Leading design projects, managing timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in home health care design to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Providing training and support to staff on new designs and processes, ensuring effective adoption and integration into existing operations.

Your Profile:

  • A bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, design, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Extensive experience in home health care design or related fields, with a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Strong understanding of home health care operations, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical, effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in design tools and software relevant to home health care design and process optimization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
