Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior communities, and other healthcare providers. Promote our home health skilled services through in-person sales calls, presentations, and community events. Meet and exceed monthly admissions goals by executing a targeted sales plan. Serve as a trusted liaison between referral sources and our care team, ensuring smooth client onboarding. Proven healthcare sales experience, preferably in home care, home health, or hospice. Strong local healthcare network and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
