SALARY: £29,741.15 | FULL-TIME | MONDAY TO FRIDAY | 40 HOURS PER WEEK

Are you a talented and driven chef looking for a fresh start with a better work-life balance? We’re hiring a Senior Hospitality Chef to join our professional kitchen team at a leading site in Edinburgh Park.
This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your culinary skills to a dynamic, fast-paced environment where creativity is encouraged and weekends are yours to enjoy.
Shifts typically fall between 6am and 9pm, Monday to Friday (depending on business needs and events). Core hours will usually be between 6am and 4pm, with flexibility required to support hospitality bookings.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare fresh, seasonal, and innovative dishes to a high standard
  • Support both daily service and hospitality events with professionalism
  • Manage menu planning, ordering and cost control
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
  • Supervise and support kitchen team members
  • Ensure accurate portioning, presentation, and consistency
  • Engage with clients and guests, promoting excellent service standards
  • Monitor and reduce food waste wherever possible
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, including temperature checks and food safety logs
  • Train and develop catering staff in line with company expectations
