• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Communicate effectively in both Russian and English (and other languages if required) to assist international guests.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries efficiently.
• Provide menus, explain specials, and coordinate with waitstaff for smooth service flow.
• Assist guests with directions, event details, or venue information when needed.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns politely, escalating to management if necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception/entrance area.
• Support promotional activities, events, and VIP guest services as required.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality service standards and company policies.
