The ideal candidate will ensure to welcome & greet guests with warm smile and to guarantee an exceptional guest experience service from the very start of the stay. The ideal candidate will look after all daily front desk operations (check/in, check/out, phone calls, email, etc.) and will ensure to be constantly visible and present to all guests in the lobby.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome & Greet all guests as part of the front desk (primary point of contact)
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Check-in/Check out procedures
  • Ensure to run all front desk daily operations smoothly
  • Ability to meet and satisfy guests expectations
  • Manage the reception area by keeping it clear and tidy throughout the shifts

Requirements:

  • 1 years minimum front desk experience
  • Problem solving skills
  • Opera
  • Exceptional communication, organisation and time management skills
  • Weekend availability
  • Morning and afternoon shifts availability

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €14.00 per hour
