Doctors Direct have an exciting opportunity for a Senior House Officer to work with us at North London Forensic Service

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

• A low secure psychiatric rehabilitation unit based it North London. It is a partnership between North London Forensic Service and the Priory group. Medics, psychologists, OT, and social workers are employed by NLFT and nursing staff are employed by the Priory group.
• 24 male patients in the unit split into two teams.
• The applicant would work with one team and provide cross cover to the other team as needed. Responsibilities include attendance of weekly ward multidisciplinary meetings, CPA meeting, reviewing physical health of inpatients, liaising with the visiting GP and making referrals to secondary care as required.
• The applicant would be responsible for preparing CPA medical reports and completing ward round minutes.
