We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Adviser to join our clients HR team. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level advice, guidance, and support to managers and employees across the organisation. You’ll be a trusted partner, ensuring people policies and practices are applied consistently while driving initiatives that support organisational goals and enhance the employee experience. This role offers hybrid working—combining office and home-based work—with travel required to attend meetings, training sessions, and support teams across different locations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, absence, and organisational change.
  • Lead and manage complex employee relations cases from start to resolution, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policy.
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and talent development initiatives.
  • Partner with managers to implement effective people management practices and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Contribute to HR policy development, review, and implementation.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Deliver training and briefings to managers on HR policies, processes, and best practice.
  • Travel to different sites as needed to provide on-the-ground support.
