Description

At WiseTech Global, our people are the ‘heart and soul’ of our organization. Our teams worldwide are aligned in our vision to create the operating system for the global logistics and trade industry. WiseTech has seen significant growth over the last number of years and part of this growth has been attributed to the 55+ acquisitions we have made globally since being listed on the ASX in 2016.
With this in mind, we are looking for a seasoned HR professional to join our Employment and People M&A and Integration team, a sub-team of our global People team. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects that span global employment documentation, compliance and people integration in a multi-jurisdictional environment. You will play a pivotal role in how our current team members and newly acquired businesses are aligned to our ways of work.

Responsibilities

WITHIN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Manage employment documentation across 40+ jurisdictions, including creating templates and drafting/reviewing contracts
  • Support People-related projects for hybrid and fully remote workers, relocations, and office location changes
  • Align and scale employment terms, working conditions, and SOPs globally in collaboration with our wider People team
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Communications teams, and engage with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Support the Due Diligence phase of acquisitions
  • Drive cultural assessments, onboarding, and People integration workstreams for newly acquired businesses.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL WITHIN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR specialist roles with international scope, ideally with exposure to multi-jurisdictional employment law
  • Proven experience working with global entities
  • Experience supporting people M&A and integration projects is advantageous
  • Strategic thinker with high attention to detail and a track record of creating scalable people processes
  • Comfortable navigating complex, fast-moving environments and engaging stakeholders across multiple regions.
