OVERVIEW

Businessynergy was established over 22 years ago with the aim of providing small/medium sized employers with access to professional and pragmatic HR advice. We pride ourselves on building strong, professional relationships with business owners and their management teams.
Due to our continued success we are looking for a Senior HR Advisor/Consultant to join our team. The actual role can be adapted to the successful candidate and therefore your personal attributes and experience is more important to us.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Personal qualities: Professional, with a cheerful optimistic demeanour. Strong initial impact with a can-do approach to problem solving. Ability to adapt your style to the situation in hand.
Experience: We are not looking for an expert but you will need to have sound employment law knowledge and a willingness to learn our approach to delivering HR advice. You will ideally work/have worked in larger organisations in a HR setting and may be a career returner or someone who wants a better work/life balance.
Flexibility: Whilst we ideally would like someone to work part time, 5 days per week we recognise the importance of flexibility for work life balance and so are open to considering alternative working patterns. We offer hybrid working with an aim to be together in the office at least one day a week (our offices are between Droitwich and Bromsgrove). The remaining time will be spend at client premises and home.

OTHER INFORMATION:

We’re seeking a new colleague to start in September, but we’re open to an earlier start date if it better suits the right candidate.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
