Job Description We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor or emerging HRBP to join our high-performing and passionate People & Performance team! Based in our Sydney CBD Head Office, this role is focused on supporting and partnering with the business to create a seamless people experience and delivering tailored advice and solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Build trusted partnerships with Business Leaders & People Managers to elevate employee experience and support an inclusive culture. In partnership with Director, HR implement programs and initiatives to drive employee engagement, retention and performance. Facilitate workshops and deliver development initiatives to enhance leadership capabilities. As the first point of contact providing sound advice and guidance on HR related issues with a focus on addressing employee relation matters, investigations and performance management. Communication and implementation of HR policy and procedure changes, ensuring they are up to date with relevant legislative requirements. Qualifications Demonstrated experience as a HR Advisor or emerging HRBP. Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR is preferred. Sound generalist HR operational experience including exposure to common ER issues. Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to enhance processes.
