JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and support on a wide range of human resources matters. You will collaborate closely with the HR team and various departments to ensure the effective HR support across the business
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances. Provide coaching and guidance to facilitate effective resolution.
Policy Development and Implementation: Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices. Communicate policy changes effectively.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the Talent Coordinator when required by participating in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interviewing. Working with the the hiring managers to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees.
Training and Development: Identify training needs within the business and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Provide guidance on career development opportunities and succession planning.
Performance Management: Assist in the execution of performance and talent management processes, including business direction transparency, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Support managers in addressing performance issues and developing improvement plans.
Data Analysis: Oversee the maintenance of HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Legislation: Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring the our compliance with relevant legislation. Advise management on legal issues and risk mitigation strategies.
Employee Engagement: Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and morale. Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.
