The People Project was founded out of an aspiration to represent a new era of HR. We provide a service to SME Kiwi businesses that is straight talking, modern, commercial and best practice. This approach, combined with a values driven ethos, has become a recipe for success in our small business doing big things!
We have a passion for genuinely helping our clients by bringing global best practice HR to SME organisations that wouldn't usually have access to this. We also do large scale projects for organisations with internal HR Teams, so it’s the best of both worlds.
Our clients sit across almost every industry, think FMCG, Tech, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare, Professional Services, Construction, Not-for-Profit and more. This broad industry exposure means no two days are the same and our portfolios are always busy, challenging and have lots of variety.
Providing a mix of both virtual and in person support, we pride ourselves on our ability to adapt to the unique culture of the clients we partner with. We get to know them and embed ourselves in their businesses. Our long-term commitment to our relationships with our clients is what sets us apart and why they love us.
We are continuing to grow with a influx on new client work and we are looking for two like-minded people to join our team in the role of Senior People Advisor and People and Culture Consultant. This role will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse portfolio of clients with their end to end HR/People and Culture needs.
About the Role:
This opportunity will suit a true HR generalist with broad experience, ranging from operational and strategic aspects of HR to project work. You will be confident working with a range of clients including members of executive level leadership teams, CEOs and Owners/Founders.
This role offers huge variety with work ranging from employment relations and change management, to leadership coaching, training and policy work. As we are a full HR service consultancy, we need to provide clients solutions at both an operational and strategic level, so you need to be comfortable doing it all.
As a small team, a large part of this role is stepping in to help other consultants with their client needs when they are busy. We need a team player that can pick up and support others with limited information and deliver outcomes. This team first approach means we support each other, leverage our strengths and deliver for our clients faster.
This is a fast-paced consulting role that requires someone to be able to manage a lot of moving parts, with shifting (and tight) deadlines while managing multiple stakeholders. Being organised and backing yourself is critical to be successful in this role.
In return you will be offered an opportunity to grow your career, plenty of flexibility, an opportunity to stretch your learning, work in an autonomous, inclusive, and most importantly FUN environment where you can bring your whole self to work.
We are currently looking to recruit for two roles one needs to be full-time and the other we are flexible with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
