At Rituals, we’re looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our Amsterdam HQ. In this key role, you’ll translate our people strategy into action — supporting business leaders, HRBPs, and our global people agenda. You’ll be an ambassador for our culture of Play to Win and Love to Care, helping to strengthen our way of working every day. In this role, you’ll partner closely with managers and HRBPs to deliver a great employee experience, lead complex HR initiatives, and offer hands-on support with everything from policy to transformation. What you’ll be doing Partner with HRBPs and managers to advise on people topics, policies, and complex HR matters. Drive and own key HR initiatives and programs that contribute to an outstanding employee experience. Refine and align local HR policies with legal and organizational standards. Leverage insights and data to inform strategic HR decisions and foster continuous improvement. Bridge the gap between the business and our Centers of Expertise (CoEs) for seamless execution. Guide teams through organizational change with empathy, clarity, and confidence. Lead or contribute to global HR projects. Manage complex employee cases and escalations with care and professionalism. Facilitate workshops and sessions on topics such as wellbeing, performance management, and development. Qualifications What you’ll bring A completed degree (or equivalent) in HR or a related field. Broad HR generalist experience, ideally within a dynamic, international environment. Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR best practices. A sharp eye for improvement and the confidence to challenge the status quo. Excellent communication skills — clear, engaging, and influential. A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action. Fluency in English (Dutch is a strong plus). High learning agility and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced organization. A team player with a collaborative spirit, sense of humor, resilience, and the ability to coach others effectively. Additional Information Grow with us! The next steps are: 1.
