SENIOR HR ADVISOR / TEAM LEAD

We are looking for a seasoned Senior HR advisor / Team Lead to support leaders and employees within Aluminium Operations on site in Bell Bay.

  • Participating or leading multiple cross-functional initiatives, providing HR subject matter expert and providing project leadership.
  • Imparting knowledge and your experiences to the team on their key areas of responsibility which include employee relations
