THE ROLE
You may not realize it, but Teledyne enables many of the products and services you use every day. Teledyne provides enabling technologies to sense, transmit and analyse information for industrial growth markets, including aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, energy, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor who wants to join a global business, and who will be supporting the delivery of a wide range of consultative and HR support services to the business and its employees, operating as an HR expert, advising, guiding and supporting colleagues and managers in people management and development support.
You will be expected to provide high quality and consistent HR support and generalist advice to the business and its employees, taking responsibility for HR support and advice within the employee lifecycle, as well as delivering a wide range of consultative HR support services.
This is a nationwide role and there will be a requirement to travel to offices across the UK as and when required, but a large proportion of your time will be spent working onsite at the Alton facility.
