ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Analyst to help shape the future of our HR systems and support the people at the heart of public education. Sitting within the Application Services team in ITD, you’ll work alongside passionate experts supporting and improving the departments HR systems.
The Senior HR Business Analyst leads analysis for improvement initiatives across the Department’s HR systems. Working closely with stakeholders from divisional business units and ITD, the role identifies opportunities to enhance system functionality, streamline processes, and deliver better user experiences. The role plays a key part in gathering and translating business needs into technical requirements, supporting change initiatives and testing, ensuring solutions are aligned with strategic goals, scalability and compliance standards. The analyst stays updated on emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
